1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

 

• All orders are shipped via PostNL with tracking (where available).

• Delivery times within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days.

• Delivery times within the EU: usually 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.

• International delivery times may vary and are subject to customs clearance.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and shipping method.

 

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

We carefully package all cards to ensure safe delivery.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
